A smarter approach asks:
“Which vehicle purchased the fuel?”
“Where was it purchased?”
“How much was purchased?”
“How much fuel did the vehicle actually consume?”
“How was the vehicle driven?”
“Was the purchase operationally justified?”
That is the difference between fuel payment and fuel intelligence.
